As my familys historian, I have always wondered what the Huguenots did during WWII. I found one of my ancestors DeLaChaux listed as Resistance , but now I have found a book called A GOOD PLACE TO HIDE, it tells of a group of Huguenots living in a village who saved many lives of the jews by hiding them and protecting them. I answers alot of questions as to what was going on in those days. The book is written by PETER GROSE. This group of villages comprised itself of Pastors and church goers who had to make choices as whether or not to lie.
