As of this morning, our 2014 album Catch and Release is now available in all formats. Please check it out on Spotify, iTunes, Amazon, Google Play, and Bandcamp. We also all have CDs with hand-painted covers and the whole 9 yards. We have photos of those up on our page. This has been one hell of a journey for us, and frankly, its a miracle any of this has happened. Everything about this record was a million times harder than By the Sea, but we couldnt be happier with the results. We worked harder on this music and this record than we have ever done before with our band, and finally, we have this to show as a result. We couldnt have done this without our great friends at Little Ghost Studios, who somehow managed to work with us in our crazy own way of doing things. Were very unorthodox in how we make all this happen, and they couldnt have been better about translating our scattered asses into something cohesive. I wrote a small bit in our About section about our process, if youre curious. We miss St. Carolyn a lot right now. We miss taping egg-cartons to basement walls, arguing endlessly about song titles (or lack thereof), and measuring albums in pots of coffee left until completion. We will be back over Winter, and are in the process of figuring out details for some other very big news. In the mean time, we all have to sate ourselves with this album.
