As our clients are aware Intergate Immigration took court action against the Department of Home Affairs regarding its ineffective processing of visa and permit actions. Some of our clients were being subjected to long delays in receiving their application decisions, permits, visas and repatriation deposits. The DHA, we are pleased to report, have reached an agreement with us and the results are currently coming in thick and fast as we see progress being made.
