As promised ladies I have reviewed Youfoodz for not only it’s flavour but suitability and ease for helping you reach and maintain goals without having to prepare meals. I give the food a 5/5 especially as I don’t have to do any cooking (except for breakfast), it tastes great and fresh and can be eaten cold or hot. This is what is suitable for what I have looked at so far and what I am eating: BREAKFAST: Sensdu Egg White Pancakes / Shake SNACK: YouFoodz Crumbed Chicken Tender (100g) LUNCH: YouFoodz Free Range Chicken Breast & Steamed Vege Panache SNACK: YouFoodz Coconut Protein Ball (1Ball Only) & 1/2 Large Apple Skin On DINNER: YouFoodz Grass Fed Thais Beef & Vermicelli Salad OR YouFoodz Barramundi, Roasted Sweet Potato & Steamed Veg OR YouFoodz Tuna Fish Cakes SNACK: YouFoodz Coconut Protein Ball (1Ball Only) & 200ml Light Milk Just remember if you are training extra that you should include more food so you don’t get tired such as a protein shake within an hour before or after training as this is around 1250 - 1350 calories. Orders must be in by Wed for delivery to Sunshine Coast on the Friday. Let me know if you have any questions or if you want to know if one of their other meals are suitable. xx
