Asea-Europe Foundation sắp tới sẽ tổ chức một hội thảo lần thứ 14 về quyền con người, mang tên Human Rights and Business diễn ra vào ngày 18-21 tháng 11 tại Hà Nội, Việt nam. Hiện nay, hội thảo đang tuyển một số vị trí tình nguyện viên như sau: 5-8 trợ lý hội thảo (18-21/11) Selected candidates will be required to assist with the registration booth, usher participants, packing conference materials, answer enquiries, mantain airport transfer lists amongst other organisational activities. Candidates should be fluent in English and patient in dealing with queries from international participants. Meals (as per the programme) and a modest honorarium to cover local travel costs will be provided. Volunteers are required for the following days 18 November 2014 · 3 volunteers x airport transfers (tbc) · 3 volunteers x registration booth (afternoon onwards) · 2 volunteers x usher and Q&A session (afternoon onwards) 19 November 2014 · 2 volunteers x registration/information booth (all day) 20 November 2014 · 2 volunteers x registration/information booth (as per conference schedule) · 3 volunteers x usher (as per conference schedule) 21 November 2014 · 2 volunteers x secretariat room arrangements (afternoon only) · 2 volunteers x registration booth (morning) · 2 volunteers x cultural tour (tbc) 6 Note-takers (19/11) Selected candidates will be required to follow the working group discussions on Day 2 of the Seminar and take detailed notes of the full day session. Candidates should be fluent in English and have strong writing abilities (especially to have a good speed in taking informal notes). They will be required to bring their own laptops.
