Assalamu Alaikum , Alhumdulillah, we feel extremely happy to announce that Al-Hamra Academy Wins 2nd-place at DestiNation ImagiNation Regional Tournament, . On Sat, Mar 8th, the Rising Stars team from Al-Hamra Academy (DI Super Stars) participated in the DestiNation ImagiNation (DI) Regional Tournament at Millbury High School. The DI Super Stars treated the audience to a Circus, complete with a clumsy clown, a fire-breathing dragon, a saber-tooth tiger, two brightly-colored phoenixes and of course a Ringmaster in a tall top hat with a whip. The team performed confidently in the Central and Instant Challenge. Congratulations to : Shiraaz Sayeed, Abdullah Yusuf, Momin Rehman, Yumna Syed, Arsh Thanawalla, and Fatima Ahmed, led by Team Manager Sameena Kausar. On Sun, Mar 9th, an Elementary team from Al-Hamra Academy participated in the DestiNation ImagiNation (DI) Regional Tournament at Chelmsford High School. The Musical Munchkins made the audience “Laugh Art Loud” with their witty humor, a “Caption Contraption” and lentil inspired art. This team were Second Place Winners.
