Assistant General Manager/Senior. MNG Confidential - Egypt Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES: To develop, implement and manage processes Maintain relationships with Institutions, Universities, Colleges and other professional bodies Achieve operational benchmarks and KPIs for the team and analyze reasons for deviations, if any Day to day management of the team through target setting and monitoring Work scheduling, prioritising and allocation Manage quality and audits Streamlining and implementation of processes across teams and offices Negotiate and manage vendor relationships Periodic review and tasks and explore alternatives of executing it efficiently & economically Handling office daily administration work: a) Taking care of office maintenance ,housekeeping and upkeep of office premises b) Running of systems c) Vendor management including identifying contractors and verifying their expertise. d) Complete supervision of infrastructure for essential services like electrical,water supply and cost, infrastructure repair and maintenance as well as security.. Taking care of accounts a) Taking care of the proper processing of the verification fees b) Maintaining all accounting activities like consolidation and execution of daily payments c) Proper handling of Petty Cash ,bill payments and maintain audit trail and accounting for the same d) ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of receipts and expenses Managing Human Resources a) Managing general HR practices such as employees development and training ,ensuring healthy working environment in the office, handling of employees grievances b) Proper maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents Desired Skills & Experience Knowledge: General knowledge of the internet and good computer proficiency Operational background with specialising in transaction processing General information regarding the industry Language Skills : Arabic, English and preferably any other foreign language Competencies: Operational and process driven Strong execution skills Good communications skills Problem solving skills Strong planning and coordination skills An eye for detail Resourcefulness and initiative Analytical skills Strong leadership and managerial skills Ability to motivate and carry the team to achieve set objectives Experience: Graduate of any discipline Seven to Ten years of experience with min 4 to 5 year at Managerial level Should have handled a team of at least 15 people Management graduate preferred Company Description We provide compliance and integrity services.
