At Monday nights meeting, Ray Allen spoke at length about appropriate behavior in the Council room. He spoke forcefully about the disrespect shown Council members and the acts of intimidation that will no longer be accepted from anyone. Terri Applegate pointed out that bullying has been an issue and explained that those tactics will not add a positive attitude to any discussion. I congratulate them for their courage to put civility back in the Council room. It was a long night, but worth it for the accomplishments we made on the budget.
