At it again!!! One of our tv security monitors picture tube stopped working and when I took it apart this is what I found wrong with it. One of the 2200uf capacitors on the circuit board was bad. The top of it should be flat and the bottom is shorted. There is no doubt about it, replacing this will repair the monitor. Went to Radio Shack in Summersville and they wanted $5.00 to order me one, so I came home got on Ebay and ordered the same name brand capacitor for $1.77 free shipping from Japan. But the problem is the $1.77 is for (10) of them, lol. Guess I might need them some day.
