At the beginning of my 4 hour sit (between flights) I ran to the ATM then to Chick-fil-a. Well, I didnt really run, since I have 4 hours. 😉 As I sat down in the food court I realized my phone was gone. Then I remembered Id set it on my roller bag at the ATM. Amazingly I wasnt worried. I calmly picked up my food and retraced my steps. It was nowhere to be seen, so the nice Aflac lady (at the Delta Credit Union) called it for me. About the third try a lady answered and came to meet me. Turns out shes head of ATL Airports Hospitality Team! Didnt know that department existed. Lol. Shes doing a marvelous job! Thank you! That was wonderful, but the best part was the company I had for lunch on my second sit down. Garn is going into 1st grade, just lost his front tooth, has a new 17 week old white nice cat (his first cat is angry..lol) spent a weeks vacation with his Mawmaw....loved Lego Land and the rescued dolphin at the aquarium....made his PawPaws day with a phone call (asking him to build a deck around their above ground pool so he could jump in)...missed their original flight by about 10 minutes...was bummed but busily eating chicken when I sat down....became my BFF by the time he got up. Sigh. Good times. ❤️
