At what point does common sense and our Bill of rights come into play in our culture. Nobodys life liberty or happiness is being taken away when religious people decline to offer a service for religious reasons. If enoigh people in society feel this business really is hateful and bigoted, no one will get married there and the business will fail. There are plenty of other places that will provide the requested service and even use that fact as a selling point. If however the Government tells nice people they must be involved with things that go against their religious beliefs, we now have liberties and happiness being taken from those who are religious (and quality of life by stripping the religious of good jobs). The government is not to prohibit the free exercise of religion, but that is exactly what is being done here. Who really wants to invite someone to perform a service they dont want to do anyway? This is the happpiest day of our lives. Lets make a mean grumpy person help us celebrate. Really?
