*Atalanta walked along the streets of her new city, amazed at the sheer number of people surrounding her. She had spent her entire life in New Zealand but had traveled many places in her lifetime, however, she had never experienced anything like this before. New Orleans was known as one of the most Lore-rich places in the world and yet it still shocked her to see how humans walked unknowingly among the vast members of Lore. She recognized many of the demons, witches, even Lykae that seemed to descend upon her new home, Val Hall, on a daily basis. It was exciting and she should be happy and for the most part she was. But something was missing, or better yet, several “somethings” were missing. She was restless and in her experience it was never good when she got restless.*
