Responsibilities including managing our subscription data base, working with distributors and sales personnel, taking subscriptions by phone, and assisting the office manager with weekly administrative duties. The successful candidate must have experience in the use of Excel and preferably some knowledge of Quick Books and Microsoft Word. Collateral duties may involve maintaining our Facebook Page and collaborating with staff on subscription promotional ideas. This is a part-time position involving about 25 hours a week.
