Authorities have identified a western Indiana girl as the victim of a fatal bicycle accident at a state recreation area Saturday. She was rapidly cycling down a paved incline when she tried to slow down by using her feet instead of the bicycles brakes. The bicycle went off the road and struck a ditch, causing the girls neck and throat to strike the bikes handlebars. She wasnt wearing a helmet. (AP report)
