Awesome Path to Black Belt class tonight at Lovatos Brazilian Jiu Jitsu! The mats were full of great energy and great students! After a nice mobility warm up, we worked a little bit on the drop seoi nage takedown, then we worked on some nice submissions to catch in transition. Afterwards, we did some training and it was awesome to have Prof James Puopolo back on our mats to help prepare for the World Championships! Congrats to Daniel Gonzales for being the Student of the Night! Thanks for your consistency, hard work, and positive energy!
