BECOMING A FINANCIAL WONDER “…He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifted the needy out of the dunghill” Psalms 113:9 In my little walk with God, I have discovered that He is ever faithful to His Words. In 3 John 2, God’s mind is revealed in making us to be prosperous in all realms. It is in God’s agenda to see every one blessed financially. While reading His mission statement in Luke 4:18, Jesus Christ declared that He has been anointed to preach the gospel unto the poor, in other words, He has been sent to raise many from wretchedness to wealth and from poverty to super prosperity. The reality of Jesus’ Mission of prosperity could be traced to John chapter 2. The Bible said “And when they wanted wine ….they have no wine” verse 3. In other words, they were in lack, they had no purchasing power to get what they needed for the hour. That shows that they were financially handicapped but Glory be to God for His Son Jesus Christ who turned their penury to plenty and their shame, He converted to success. In the time of old, in the Holy Scriptures, people whom their contemporaries thought could not become anything are till today symbols of Financial Prosperity, people like father Abraham, Isaac, Jacob Joseph, David, Solomon and Job. Hebrews 13:8 says Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today and forever more. Meaning that as of old, Jesus is still in the business of turning many to financial wonders. Just as I said, God is ever faithful to His words. In 1Corinthians 2:9, the Bible make us to understand that eyes have not seen nor ears heard neither has it crossed the mind of anybody the strange order of blessings which God has prepared for His people. Beloved, God has an agenda to turn you to financial wonders, you may not look like it now but very shortly, you are becoming it. In His church, that is, in the body of Christ, people who will become succourers to the world’s giant nations are emerging very shortly.
