BIR ITS maintenance from Dec 12 to Jan 5 (BIR Media Release, December 2, 1014) BIR has issued an advisory requesting taxpayers to transact their businesses with BIR before Dec 12 to avoid any inconvenience resulting from the Intergrated Tax System downtime. The following ITS functionalities will not be available during this period except for large taxpayers and CDF databases: 1. Issuance of ATP 2. Registration of new taxpayers 3. Encoding of returns 4. Generation of ITS reports 5. File transfer protocol of alphalists, MAP, SAWT, SLP/SLS/SLI from the RDO to the ITS Taxpayers can still pay to the AABs, through the eFPS or mobile revenue collection officers system though uploading of payments data will commence on January 5, 2015.
