BLACK DOGS ROCK! I am no different! Dont overlook me!! Come see me at the Petco Holcomb Bridge Rd in Roswell adoption event Sat 11a-3p! Hello world! Im Seven Up Honey! Yep, three names because Im so great, one name just wasnt enough! But you can call me Seven Up, or just Seven, or whatever you want. Im not really attached to my name. Are you wondering about my breed? My mom was a Pit Bull mixed with Labrador and my dad must have had some Great Dane in him. I have the best qualities of all three breeds! I have the loyalty and friendliness of the Pit Bull, the good looks and gentleness of the Great Dane, and the playful, silliness of the Labrador! Things have been a little hectic for me in my year and a half in this world! The nice people at Angels Among Us heard about how my mom was living out in the country with me and my three sisters when we were just 5 month old pups. They knew we needed help and so they drove a very long way to come get us! First I went to the vet and then I got a foster mom! But I was chasing foster moms cat, so I had to go to boarding to wait for a new foster home. And then my new foster mom came and things were great! Then I got ADOPTED! Oh happy day, right?! It only lasted about 10 months. My new family decided to move and they didnt want me to go with them. I was really really sad about that because I dont understand. So, Angels took me back, but they had to find me a foster home. See, Im already a grown dog and Im a big guy (around 65 lbs) but my foster momma knows..black dogs rock too! Foster mom says that Im super smart! Ask anyone who owns a lab/pit and they will tell you we make the BEST dogs! Hands down! SO SO SMART and loyal! Im already house trained and Im almost totally crate trained. I know how to sit, so now we are working very hard at learning down, stay, and off and doing so well with that. I LOVE to play and wrestle and run with my foster doggie siblings. I sure hope my furever home has another big dog for me to play with! I like all kinds of people, too! I love to chew on bones and play with toys and Im working on liking to walk on a leash. And I am one of the BEST snugglers ever! I like to cuddle very close to my people, so I hope my new family likes to cuddle! What I really hope is that when I do find my furever family, they dont give up on me.
