BLAME YOURSELVES FOR YOUR MISHAPS AND NOT JONATHAN. What a show - TopicsExpress

BLAME YOURSELVES FOR YOUR MISHAPS AND NOT JONATHAN. What a show of shame powered by illiteracy, corruption and lack of respect by Gov. Nyako of Adamawa state- coughing words at the president, Federal Republic of Nigeria even through one of his misguided special advisers concerning uprising in the northern Nigeria. Its no argument that the present Jonathan led administration have been loaded with corruption, insensitivity, lack of clue to issues that dog citizen steps- but the plain truth is that president Jonathan did not plant what has become the fruit-in-season in the northern Nigeria. Northern governors need to stop pointing fingers at the president for their woes. Governors in other parts of Nigeria encourages citizens to be educated, makes sure that family planning is enforced so as to check some irresponsible parents of acts harming the society- under selfish religious back-up of more than one wife.... I used to ask this question- even if religion says I should marry 4 wives, is the economic situation of my country presently approving me of such act? Seriously, northern governors should be ashamed of themselves with the huge but disgusting presence of Almajiris in their states- it depicts clear failure of their administration. Almajiris wander about in the neighbourhood at 10am- with filthy rags on them, with dirty plates in their hands, begging for what to eat while their age mates in other states are in school. Give these Almajiri of 5-15 years of age additional 10 years, what do you think they will become- Doctors, Lawyers...? Definitely not. That is the root cause of Boko haram in the north. A child that has never held 50naira in his life, if he sees an offer of common 100naira to just kill someone, he will gladly accept because he has no value for another persons life- do you blame him? Does he even know the worth of his life? Its true that education doesnt promise affluence (money)- but it develop ones thinking horizon and help someone to value life. An average northern state is poor in outlook, infrastructures and citizens appearance- but for few educated ones in political and public offices, looting public funds, receiving ghost worker salaries and the likes. The few ones are so selfish and self-centered but they pretend to help the poor citizens by giving Sadaka (alms) every friday. They even would connive with their religious clerics to teach against having outsiders in their town- as they have actually come around to compete with their resources- and unknowing to them, thank God for few outsiders in their town.... In my strong opinion, abolishing Almajiri system by ensuring parents give birth to few kids they have the capability to cater for is the first step to ending this insecurity issue. If larger percentage of northern youths become educated, they would be able to ask their corrupt leaders pertinent questions about their rights as citizens. Also if northern youths are educated, they would be able to draw lines between religious and cultural belief as they would not be misguided by anyone anymore. This would ensure a better relationship between them and well-civilized outsiders, corpers- in their environment- which would in-turn bring development. Northern governors should be atleast truthful to their people by using the state monthly allocations judiciously. They should also have it in mind that president Jonathan will not come from Aso-rock to clean their messes; he did not initiate it in the first place. Religious clerics in the northern Nigeria should teach their wards more of peaceful co-existence with one another. Northern Nigerian youths should see education as their sole liberation strategy out of the chains of deceitful politicians - so they should take it as a must. Islamic arabic teachers should only admit students of known parental backgrounds and never use such students as a means of seeking for daily returns as the case mimics at present. The earlier northern Nigeria realize the root of her predicaments, the better it would be for her to addressing it and stop using Panadol for Typhoid fever. (Fynkz 3-2014).
