Now, Good governance which inculcate sincerity,welfare,social justice,accountability,transparency,peace, and value addition to man and infrastructure was not enshrine in the administration of SAS.Every citizen of Borno State could today remember late Mala Kachallah the former governor of Borno State as peace loving. Today we remember him for all his attributes msy Allah forgive him and may his soul rest in peace. After Mala comes the government of Senator Ali Modu Sheriff.SAS as people call him is politically vibrant machine who took the advantage of poverty ridden zone and splash Money to people and the unemployment rate among youths to used them as thugs in all the time of his political tenures and even today some followed his teachings. The tenure of SAS was perceived potentially dangerous by peace and conflict students in all the centre of studies for the following reasons; 1.The government have value political thuggery than the natural security. 2.The thugs are paid for unruly behaviours and that have motivated them to at all times behaved not according to the acceptable natural justice and good consciousness. 3.There is internal crisis even among the thugs groups which at many times resulted to lost of lives and severe injuries. 4.There is serious arrogance portrayed by the thugs against the lawful security agents. 5.There is proliferation of small and local arms among the thugs. 6.The thugs having proving themselves above law have set their province case hearing centre located at Gwange ward at the central nerves of Maiduguri. 7.These are early warnings that could have urged the government of the day to proffer solutions to which was not done. There was serious fighting among different thugs both within and among the different thugs groups. 8.This persistent activity attracts the younger generation who see this thugs group as heroes which signal the recruitment of child Soldiers into the system. 9.The children ecomog was the most unappealing inappropriate and undesirable moves of the sheriffs administration in the political history of Borno state. 10.Whether we like it or not the greatest blunder of Sheriffs administration which had defeated the zeal,aspirations, behaviours,attitudes, skills and knowledge of the youths in Borno state. Therefore the Boko Haram incidence was not handled by sherrief appropriately. After the extra judicial killing of Muhd yusuf if the governor of a state didnot order the killing of Muhd Yusuf who will? And if he didnt as a chief security of the state who ordered the extrajudicial killings of Buji foi and Baba fugu? If this gentle souls are living today they will give a lot of testimony.The student of peace and conflict like myself will see these extrajudicial as ways to cover any trace to reach those responsible for this unreasonable blasphemy. Now with the cross of inability of former governor Ali Sheriff to prevent the August 2009 crisis from happening on his neck and with the present revealation of an Australian Joseph Davids we want this case to be handle by independent court with competent jurisdiction.We want non governmental organisation both from within and abroad to presurize GEJ to hand over SAS for thorough investigation. All accused dont present themselves for judgement except with enforcement. All non nongovernmental organizations like Amnesty international should mount pressures for that to be achieved.May Allah reveal all the conspirators of this Calamity with punishment and Shame.
