BREAKDANCE Back spin There are 2 ways, one from standing or crouching, and one from sitting. 1 From standing, place right hand down. 2 Put all weight on that 1 hand, and whip left leg over right. 3 Drop to back. 4 Curl up into a little ball. 2nd Back spin 1 From sitting position, whip left leg over right. 2 Roll onto back, and curl up.
