BREAKING NO NC , CONGRESS COLLATION IN KARGIL ALNOOR ( Kargil) :- 30-03-2014 NC ( National Conference ) party Kargil refused support to congress candidate for LADAKH constituency Sh. TSERING SAMPHAL according to NC( National Conference ) we are not supporting Congress in LADAKH as the collation is only for JAMMU and SRINAGAR not in LADAKH. NC high authorities directed to hand over the Council last year to congress being our majority but Congress lead LAHDC headed by ( HAGI ASGAR KARBALAYEE) take personal grievances on NC workers so we cannot support to Congress candidate as our NC voters are against LAHDC and congress said a councilor of NC while talking with our reporter we are waiting for the signal of ISK ( ISLAMEYA SCHOOL KARGIL) and ANJUMA SABU ZAMAN for their independent candidate. In collation government J&K two ministers namely QAMAR ALI AKHON , FEROZ KHAN and MLC SYEED AHMED RAZVI belongs from NC party .
