BREAKING: The PA State Police (PSP) have lifted the shelter in place order and are recommending that people in Barrett/Price Townships use extreme caution as they move back into the area. The PSP are very concerned for the safety of the community and strongly recommend people in the affected area stay in their homes and do not go in the woods where law enforcement is searching. PSP does not have Frein in custody. However, troopers are determined to find him and bring him to justice. PSP recommend a number of precautions: · Be alert and vigilant. If you see any vehicles or individuals that are out of the ordinary, please report them to 911 or our tip line (866-326-7256) immediately. · Do not approach or encounter any suspicious persons or vehicles. Report them immediately. The suspect is still considered armed and dangerous. · Lock all doors to both your residence and your vehicles. · At night, keep the exterior of your home well-lit. · Look for open shed doors or other locations that were once secure but now appear open, and immediately report the information.
