#BRING_FORTH_YOUR_STRONG_REASONS Do you know you can argue your case before the Lord in prayer? Yes, you can turn your closet into a courtroom and bring forth your strong reasons for demanding a particular change, or insisting that things turn out in a certain way for you or for your loved ones. The Bible says, “Produce your cause, saith the Lord; bring forth your strong reasons, saith the King of Jacob” (Isaiah 41:21). It’s serious and intense prayer, the kind for which you shut your door and say, “I must have a miracle today!” What if after praying for a while, you’re still not satisfied that it’s done? Well, that just means “case adjourned!” Your prayer closet now becomes a courtroom where you plead your case. If you’re not yet convinced it’s done, go back to the Word, research and produce more evidence. Pray earnestly in the spirit, i.e. in other tongues. Even if you have to stop praying to go to work, when you have a break or a little time alone, continue in prayer. If you have the time in the car while on your way to work, start talking again. Every time the issue comes to your mind, speak the Word of God about it. Some people may think you’re foolish. They may say, “there’s something wrong with that guy; he’s been talking to himself.” But you have to disregard that because you know what’s at stake. When you know you’ve got it, there’s nothing in the world that can take it from you. But until you have that knowing in your spirit, even if you’ve prayed all day long and the confidence isn’t there, the next day you should continue. Take it up and present it again. Soon, there’ll be laughter in your spirit because you would have the victory. Praise God!
