Claims of General Buharis attendance of a university in the United States [From 1979 -1980, at the rank of colonel, Buhari attended the US Army War College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, United States of America and gained a Masters Degree in Strategic Studies.] that was before now contained in his Wikipedia record, has been suddenly removed without explanation. Even though Gen. Buhari was a former military head of State of Nigeria, he claimed that the military board has his records but has failed to produce the same. INECs regulations and guidelines are clear on such a matter, and their request for the records to be produced from wherever source, is General Buharis responsibility, as someone who wants to rule this country. Therefore, saying that it is with the military board, whereas he is a high ranking military man, who is arguably in a better position to produce the requested records as he should is disingenuous! Are we now to seriously believe that this records exist with the military board but that General Buhari lacks the willingness, ability or capacity to produce it? Simply producing an affidavit without showing credible evidence of his best efforts to locate and produce such documents, leaves a hell of a lot to be desired...perhaps, General Buhari cant handle the truth. I therefore strongly urge that somebody should tell General Buhari to learn to call a spade a spade and not a garden implement. Its either you got it and show it, or you dont and shut up.
