BUSHFIRE ADVICE MESSAGE : RIVERLAND COMPLEX Time Message Issued: 16:11 18/01/2014 The CFS is currently attending a fire at RIVERLAND COMPLEX. The Fire behaviour has currently reduced and although the fire does not currenlty pose a direct threat to public safety the community still needs to be mindful of the hazards that smoke, sparks and embers may cause. Be safe. . Although this fire does not pose a threat to life or property at this time, people in the area are advised to check and follow their Bushfire Survival Plan and decide what to do if the situation changes. Monitor local conditions and listen for further updates on this radio station using a battery powered radio. Road users are advised to use caution on the roads in the area as smoke may reduce visibility. People in the affected area are advised to close all doors and windows and stay indoors if the smoke is causing concern.
