Basically all I learned from talking to different ones from that area was what many where saying. They had been turned into professional pan handlers begging for money and things online which is why they where given the internet access. It would of been better to have given them actual help and kept the promises of building them schools to educate them. By denying the help they needed to learn and get a start in life it was just locking them down into poverty and creating professional pan handlers because thats all they had to work with.
