Bean Hummus Ingredients: - 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas - 1/4 cup tahini paste - 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice - 1 garlic clove - 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin - salt and pepper Preparation: First drain beans and reserve the water. In a blender add drained beans and all the ingredients, blend until smooth. If mixture is too thick, add some of the reserved liquid from the beans to dilute to a desired consistency.
