Bearing the principle in mind that genocidal psychopaths, much like Adolf Hitler, should not be freely absolved of killing hundreds of thousands of innocent human beings and maiming many more, WHAT DO YOU SAY ABOUT THE GANG OF THREE, CAN THEY AVOID INTERNATIONAL PROSECUTION? Personally, I fail to see how America can convince any foreign nation of its good earthly ambitions without producing the alleged conspirators in crimes against humanity. While the idea of producing high ranking Americans to face international trials is not very appealing, the alternative is equally if not more so less appealing. That is, the debunking of international laws in favor of prejudiced domestic principles. The latter could very well come to haunt America in the form of international motivations, the surreptitious shunning of the United States by foreign governments, and self-interested ambitions to supersede Americas military might at any expense, thus igniting a new global arms race. The principle behind my thoughts is quite elementary. Can the world at large afford an all-powerful America that will inflict needless and magnanimous harm on privy parts of the globe solely in pursuit of dictating broad military might to suit its personal desires of that regions natural resources? In other words, a return to fearing international colonialism once thought to be long past. Thus, should the United States refuse to honor the requests of legitimate international courts with sufficient evidence to prosecute even those Americans of the highest offices, the long term results of Americas therapeutic intransigencies could easily result in a slow moving future embodying the surreptitious distancing of powerful, socially inclined foreign nations. Simply stated, Americas message to the world will be this, Were too big and mighty to fail, thus we discipline our own employing our branded forms of self-riotous condolences.” That, I am afraid will not sit well with the bodies of human masses in the communications age we are just on the cusp of thoroughly fracturing. A nation which forgives its own while disregarding the judicial principles of international treaties is no nation at all - but merely a wasp on the ass of all humanity.
