Beautiful Woods When working to define a space and give it warmth, I love using wood. Whether it be a side table, dressoir, framed pictures or accent pieces – wood gives you this amazing feeling that simply says “relax, it’s all down to earth here”. The different variations available correspond to whatever your personal choice is. I love pieces that give you a “wow factor” all on their own. No clutter, just simple clean beautiful lines. Modern, vintage, industrial, retro or traditional makes no difference. The pieces used should reflect exactly what you want. In a recent project I have been working on, the space is very large and industrial. To bring a feeling of warmth, a large showroom table will be the centrepiece made simply from natural wood. It was important to keep the design of the table very clean to allow the beams of the wood used to really stand out on their own.
