Because of overcrowding in California prisons, the Supreme Court has ordered California to release prisoners. There have already been murders and rapes committed by released felons. Now, the court has ordered the release of 10,000 more. The socialist-progressive governor is dutifully following orders of the court. The primary function of government is the safety of the people. Governor Brown doesn’t understand this. The solution is simple – nullification. Since the states have sovereignty over the federal government, Brown should tell the Supreme Court to go pound sand. If the executive branch tries to enforce the order with federal marshals, they should be met with a cordon of California state police.
