Becoming a police officer does seem like itll be the biggest challenge Ill face in my future. Being hated by so many people for seemingly no reason at all or being discriminated against because of another police officers actions that are only told from one side of the story. I say this because Ive seen so many stories lately about how horrible police officers are and the comments are even worse. I just dont understand all of the hate towards the ones who put their lives on the line to protect and serve others. when a single officer does something that the rest of society sees as harsh or uncalled for, people then place hatred upon all of the men and women in law enforcement. I just feel that is completely unfair.
