Been sitting on whether or not to mention this, for awhile now. After today, Ive decided it needs to be said. I try real hard to make everything pleasant and personal as far as transactions go. And above all, professional and considerate. I dont take days to get back to people with questions, I give frequent and good discounts and deals.I dont expect much in return. I do have a request though. Ive had a lot of people lately, saying they want to buy something. Even ask if Ill make another item they missed so they can purchase it. I follow through. I make arrangements, etc. When the time comes, they totally blow me off and wont respond to my emails. And this week, its happened 6 times. This is my sole source of income and I really try hard to be competent and attentive, not leaving people hanging. If you want something, thats great. If not, thats fine. Just lemme know. And if you write me and say you want it, then dont respond to me for 5 days and it sells, well, thats to be expected. So, my request is, if you dont want an item after all, just tell me. Id rather have someone change their mind than string me along for nothing. Especially if I write you and inquire. Its not hard. Just that tiny bit of consideration goes a long way with me and helps me to keep my focus where it should be: on my business. Not trying to guess whats going on with a sale that got canceled without me being told about it. ok? Thanks. I appreciate it. And I very much appreciate all he sales, the interest and the supporting customers, more than youll ever know
