Biker in court yesterday got bail? Seems like if u have a beer with a biker and own a bike then u MUST be a member of a criminal gang,...judge only had one question...can u prove hes a member?...poor old prosecutor couldnt come up with any proof,.so the ugly bloke walked out of court a free man( for now)..his charges?..being associated with a biker....wow I hope my friends now and future dont ride a motorcycle..you can do time for it..so.... If Im in a band and my bandmates get done for tax evasion?..Ill can be charged with being in a criminal gang and do 15 yrs for being around them..... Sounds stupid eh.. But thats how the law now reads... And if I dont like it?.. Theres a cop with a machine gun and body armour to take me out...I feel so much safer now...
