Blessed Morning! WE need to have a heart of thanksgiving! Psalm 116:17. I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the Name of The LORD. The heart is in the center of a man. True thanksgiving comes from the heart. God is more concerned in what is going on in your heart than what you are saying with your lips. When God sees it in your heart, He will put it in your hand. There are certain things you must know about Thanksgiving: God promises to load every true thanks giver with daily benefits Psalm 68:19 16 Answer me, Lord, out of the goodness of your love; in your great mercy turn to me. You can contain and retain God‘s benefits through thanksgiving. When you stop giving thanks to God you start depreciating. . Thanksgiving from the heart will take you to the land of Canaan .( Kingdom of God ) If you know how to think, you will know how to thank God. Out of the heart of gratitude, there shall be multitude of thanksgiving. Thanksgiving will make you ignore the ridiculous and attract the miraculous. Thanksgiving will cover way for great opportunities (open doors) in our life. Phil 4:8 8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable, f anything is excellent or praiseworthy, think about such things. God never denies a thanks giver the best of anything in life. Thanksgiving turns every issue in your life to virtue. Thanksgiving can provoke Heaven to react in your favor. 2 Chronicles, 20:21-22 After consulting the people, Jehoshaphat appointed men to sing to the Lord and to praise him for the splendor of his holiness as they went out at the head of the army, saying: “Give thanks to the Lord,for his love endures forever.” 22 As they began to sing and praise, the Lord set ambushes against the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seir who were invading Judah, and they were defeated. Your Thanksgiving is the lifter of your head. Psalm 137:3-4. Songs are gifts from God; they express our feelings and thoughts to our fellow human being and to God . When God says He will give a New Song, it means that the old song of bondage, failure, sickness, confusion must stop. I have testimony about my church! The Name of my church is Trinity Community Centre! I am really blessed by the Lord to step into the year of 2015, after the terrible tragedy that happen to me! My senior Pastor Gordon, he prophesied that the the spirit of death was upon me ! God did protected me from getting killed that night of our Prayer meeting, That very moment I lost my memory and was admitted the same night and found out that I got a stroke, three block in my head! Praise the Lord! I was suppose to go for a surgery, whiten a week God dissolved all the blocks from my head through bleeding in nose! I did not feel the pain because of my memory was not well and i could not feel the pain or remember what I went through! This was all because of the worship team that was lead by a young brother, Dinesh Immanuel and the organ was played by Sister Angela Lim! I surrender and fall for the worship on that day when I was visiting this Church for a meeting! Today I am alive because of that worship and praise that made me stay there! God loved me and he made me love to stay there because He knows that is the right place I am to be! What a great God all we have to do is to give thanks and worship him in spirit and truth! What is the attitude of a thanks giver! They ignore the ridiculous to attract the miraculous. Psalm 55:2 2 hear me and answer me. My thoughts trouble me and I am distraught While others are sorrowful, they are joyful.. They know every problem has an expiration date. They don‘t concentrate on what God has not done, they are thankful for what He has done. They don‘t join the group of murmurers. They thank God for a better tomorrow.They don‘t take anything for granted. Never take God‘s doings in your life for granted, else you might be grounded. Micah 7:8 Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, The LORD shall be a light unto me. May God bless this day to be a thanks giver unto him Amen!
