It is more interesting that the Afghan Pashtoons did also allow women to participate in the Election of their Leader thousands of years ago. At this time, Afghanistan was the most fertile and rich Country in the whole Region because we have had plenty of sweet waters, thousands of years of practical experience and enough land for Agriculture, Horticulture, Herding, and Cattle Raising. Afghanistan was also the Crossroad for International Trade and the Meeting Place for the East and West Cultures for thousands of years (Silk Route). Emperor Sultan Razia: Because of her praiseworthy Character, even the Emperor had several sons; Sultan Razia was given the Title of Crown Princess and she carried out Official Duties and Responsibilities. Razia sat on the Emperor’s Throne and wore the clothing of an Emperor and a Crown and attended the Meetings at the Palace. Later on, Cities and Permanent Centres were created and the range of Leadership was further expanded, and the Right for Election Vote is also seen. Slowly, slowly the Social and Political System of the Aryans expanded. At that time, they originated two kinds of Jirgas (Assemblies). One was “Dissa or Subha” and the other was “Samitti”. The first Jirga settled small and minor Issues and Events of the Region and had a Special Room in which Men and Women participated. On top of that, there was another Jirga by the name of “Samitti” in which the Famous Persons gathered and settled events at the Country Level. The Head of the Society was also being elected in this Samitti Jirga. In this way, a Natural Democracy was being born, grown, and matured in the Aryan Society.
