BotswanaFootball What have I done - Sukunyetsa Ecco City Greens striker Mandlaenkosi Sibanda popularly known as Sukunyetsa said he is paining because of the way he is being treated by his team. What have I done to deserve all this kind of treatment. Im paining because Ive been very honest to the club, if they no longer need my services they should terminate or loan me out. I am very frustrated. My contract is ending in August but was told that Ive been deregistered and 30% to be cut from my salary as they feel I do not add value to the team. Why cant they just let me go if they no longer need me, asked Sukunyetsa on Monday. Meanwhile Ecco Secretary General Moses Jackson has admitted that the club has deregistered the player. Yes it is true we deregistered Mandla because we are not happy with his performance. He is still contracted with us and if he pull up his socks we will register him again next season, he said on Monday. On the other hand Mandla has admitted that he was given another letter in January by the club asking him to show cause why they cant terminate his contract. I didnt respond to the letter but communicated verbally that they are asking the wrong person, they should ask the coach instead, said Mandla. The matter is now handled by Football Union Botswana.
