Clinical Strep. Bronchitis. Anxiety and non-cardiac Chest pain (r/o by EKG). Gastroenteritis. Ankle Contusion x1 month, now with Osteolytic lesion. Atypicial irregular melanotic lesion sent to Dermatology for excisional Biopsy. X5 keratotic lesions and skin tags excised in-house and electrofulgarated.
