Brand. New. Menu. You spoke. We listened. Here are the additions: A light colored menu with black font. Done Calamari and Boston Bibb Salad added. Done Gnocchi, Daily Market Fish and Hangar with fries. Done Revamping the whole Simply Grilled section. The concern here was the larger cuts being Dry Aged while the Petites were Wet Aged. As mentioned on numerous occasions, diners would immediately go for the bigger portion because they were hungry, not enjoying the taste of a Dry Aged piece of meat. Look no further... We now have C.A.B. smaller and larger portions of the Ribeye, Filet and N.Y. Strip, 40oz Porterhouse, Cut of the Week and our newcomers... Spice-Rubbed Skirt Steak and the 20oz Chateaubriand. But were not done. Being a Steakhouse, we had to continue with our 21 day Dry Aged Program, 16oz Ribeye, 14oz Strip and our 18oz KC Strip. As always, thank you to our loyal diners and our occasional ones, we hope you enjoy the new changes.
