Breath. Welcoming positive energy into your body and mind from the universe that surrounds you. Breath training? Training the respiratory muscles will improve oxygen uptake. Helping to improve your running, cycling, swimming, lifting and life in general! Diaphragm, intercostal and scaline muscles all work together to gather positively charged oxygen from the universe into the body and mind. Work with your breath when training pacing your breath and finding rhythm will help. Working at high intensity for short periods will also benefit. Pilates Tai chi Yoga or Mediation will all help train breath. Practise anywhere any time! Inhale through the nose filling the upper chest feeling the chest expand. Exhale smoothly through the mouth drawing your navel towards your spine as you do so. Work with the breath in good posture lengthening through the crown of the head, keeping the shoulders relaxed and set slightly back keeping the snerum ligjtly pronounced. Feel the positive energy filling your mind and body.
