Bringing awareness to children with that little Xtra that makes them special in a different way . This is Adam - one of two very special children of two special friends Mark Simm-Smith and Jackie - their other child doesnt have the Xtra factor that their son has but she is very special in a different way. Last year she decided to raise money for cancer research because she loved her gran so much - who had died of cancer the year before. This posting was sent by their other gran..... this is a very special family full of love, who I feel very blessed to call my friends
