Brokeface: Hillman Imp. Case #52. The objective of the Brokeface short video series was to impress upon consumers the importance of choosing a notebook computer with a cover glass made of damage resistant Corning Gorilla Glass NBT, driving notebook makers to upgrade to using NBT in their products. To accomplish this we identified a new but increasingly common psychoneurosis called Brokeface, the horrific look on your face the moment you realize you’ve broken your notebook display, and the mental anguish that follows. In writing the videos, I tell the story how Brokeface plays out in the lives of three of its sufferers through therapy sessions with Dr. Unverlicht, a Freudian psychiatrist who diagnoses them with the condition and recommends a cure – Corning Gorilla Glass NBT. The three Brokeface shorts have achieved over 6 million views on YouTube alone.
