Building Manager Responsibilities: • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of technical and customer service staff on the day-to-day integrated facilities management service to clients. • Develop and maintain partnership with clients, main contractors and/or vendors. • Facilitate and ensure contractors/vendors complete repair and maintenance work to required timelines and standards as and when the need arises. • Planning and conducting fire drills. • Supervise contractors on project works • Recommend and implement improvement works at client’s premises.
