Job requiring the candidate to promote (sell) the companys agri products. Selected candidates are required to appoint dealers/distributors in rural (agricultural) areas for the organization and generate regular repeat sales through them. Candidates who have experience and/or skill sets required to convince and maintain relations with dealers/distributors are welcome to apply. To tap new clients To arrange appointments with clients for seniors To give presentation & demonstration To negotiate with clients To handle client complaints To look for new dealers/ channel partner To accomplish sales target given on periodic basis To prepare daily marketing report To attend visitors during exhibitions To extend marketing support to his/her team To check & negotiate for tenders To suggest feasibility of new products/ enhancement in existing product range To accompany clients for Product Inspection 2. Education qualification: Any graduate/diploma holder with management education preferred, having minimum 1-2 years sales experience in equivalent industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Resourceful and strong analytical skills Ability to multitask and prioritize activities to meet tight deadlines Sound knowledge and application of Sales & Marketing concept Strong organizational skills, coordination skills and ability to work across function s 3.
