Businesses, artists, farmers, musicians, nonprofits and more needed for the #SLGT app. This app is FREE for everyone. The "WeSLGT" app will serve as a communication medium and an information platform. It will work as a website and a mobile phone application that uses crowd sourced reports and data from the city, local businesses, and non-profits to compile a map of local business and micro-enterprise activity. The visual aspect of the application will allow residents to locate local businesses and non-profits in Houston, thereby advertising these businesses and augmenting citizen knowledge of community entrepreneurship. We already have had several artists and businesses sign up. Looking to launch soon! Many thanks to all who have filled out the Google Form already and those who are spreading the word.
