But Kat ... where is the appreciation to the guardian for diligence and staunch community/civic responsibility in bringing this matter to the attention of the District not once, not twice, but at least three times? The notion that on our public dime the District is hiring an external law firm to perform a task that cannot be performed (destroy the data) since the District has released it into the cyberworld already, is shocking. And on a SEAAC note, may I suggest that as the manager of the SEAAC mailing list you (Kat) send out the dates and times and names of new board members for SEAAAC meetings? We obviously have to have some type of hand off process .
