CARDIO! We did a variety of jacks: tricep jacks, low jacks, & plank pike with plank jacks...along with jogging, squat jumps, burpees, quick feet, stroller toe taps and squat thrusts! Not to mention our strength intervals: kneeling tricep kickbacks, narrow push ups, chest flies, and sitting bicep curls PLUS mat/ab work! FULL BODY WORKOUT! Theres nothing these moms cant achieve! Great job moms! #workoutwednesday #momstrong
