CITIZEN Q: Some provinces are cracking down hard on texting and driving. In Saskatchewan if you’re caught twice, your vehicle gets impounded for seven-days, and in Manitoba some are pushing to go a step further. C-A-A Manitoba wants officers to be able to take away a driver’s phone if they get caught texting and driving more than once.
