CITY TO SURF, As they say all good things come to an end, after 24 years of starting the City to Surf, sending thousands of runners and walkers to Bondi I say good bye and wish all runners and volunteers the best for this year and future years. When i started the role they had little structure or direction and now to see four commentators and a team doing what i did on my own gives me great pride. I enjoyed ever one of those sundays and thank all the volunteers and groups that made my task of starting the event safely, a dream.
