COMPLAINING NEVER SOLVES PROBLEM July 9th, 2013 QUOTE OF THE DAY: “THERE IS ALWAYS A WAY OUT OF EVERY CHALLENGE” Memory Verse: “No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it” 1 Corinthians 10:13. Complaining, depression, self-pity and self comparison have never been solutions to any problem. Psalm 1:6 says; ‘for the LORD watches over the way of the righteous…’. This implies that for every challenge, a solution has already been proffered by God, waiting for you to discover and apply. But you cannot perceive that subtle solution when your eyes are full of tears, when you are down with depression! Because we actually see with our minds. A confused mind and an unhappy person cannot see anything. The great Italian war general, General Hannibal, once screamed in anger; ‘I shall find a way or make a way’ when he was told that nobody or no army troop could cross the Alps (the tough and rough mountains of Southern Europe) with elephants! Of course He did! It was not in a depression mood that David got clue to solving his problems. Solution came as he pulled himself together and stopped crying. There is something good in every circumstance. Annie Clark, a 7 year old child born without hands but with ‘excellent’ spirit won a national USA award for penmanship. After accepting the award, Annie demonstrated for the audience how she writes, gripping the pencil steadily between her forearms to perfect the letters and capitalization. What a wonder! This young girl could have sat down in depression, regretting or wondering why God created her without hands. The two strongest and most inspiring words in life are: ‘I can’. Instead of complaining about any situation in which you find yourself, just look for the good in that circumstance and allow God to show you the way out! Now declare to the circumstances around you and your present situation: ‘Yes, I can!’ Remember, there is always a way out of every difficult circumstance. DIVINE INSTRUCTION FOR THE DAY EARLY MORNING BREEZE IS ALWAYS VERY COOL, REFRESHING AND GENTLE. STEP OUT OF YOUR HOUSE; ALLOW IT TO CONTACT YOUR BODY. AS IT DOES, USE THE SIGNIFICANCE AND THE EXPERIENCE TO PROPHESY PEACE INTO EVERY TROUBLED AREA OF YOUR LIFE. PROPHETIC PRAYERS I break every barrier and limitation on my way in Jesus name. Use my life to prove to the world that all things are possible. I uproot depression and self pity now in Jesus name (Declare it many times). I decree and declare today: I can do all things through him who gives me strength. FURTHER STUDY: 1 Corinthians 10:11-22. Read the Bible through in one year: 2 Timothy Chapters 1 – 4. Remember to further prophesy on yourself!
